Heart of Polyglass production is the department of mechanical and electrical planning that avails itself of a special, advanced and three-dimensional AUTOCAD software.
All the different production phases, from the design, the assembling, to the final tests, are developed in the company itself as guarantee of higher quality and security. All the machines are made by stainless steel and realized through modern technologies.

The actual production includes:

• different kinds of washing/drying machines
• lcomputerized lines, automatic or semi-automatic (consisting of vertical washing machines and assembling and pressing stations)
• butyl extruders for the production of aluminium profiles
• mono-component and Bi-component extruders for sealing
• vA huge range of accessories (Hot Melt extruders, sealing rotating tables, gas filling machines, manual bending machine, overhead spacer frame conveyor, pneumatic desiccant machine, profile cutters).
