MACHINE BODY CHARACTERISTICS
all parts of the machine body in contact whith the water are in stainless steel;

two pairs of cylindrical nylon brushes 0,20 mm. with removable sections, diameter 95 mm., 280rpm;
final rinse from the City water by means of spray nozzles;
stainless steel tank with a centralized water drain;
stainless steel cover for the washing section, satin finished outside;
drying section with one pair of diagonal cold air knives with soundproof cover painted steel.

• power demand economizer which allows the use of only one blower for half height glasses;
• automatic air ahutoff: the flow of the air from the blowers is automatically reduced when the conveyor stops (the noise decreases as well as the demand for current);
• soundproof box to contain the blowers.

Each washing machine may be built (on request) with a working direction opposite to the usual one.
On all our washing machine models it is possible to add a further INOX pump to have rising water circulate again. In addition to it a demineralizing device is installed in order to remove limestone. That allows a better glass cleaning level and a lower water consumption.
The whole range of Polyglass machines may be equipped with a set of NY10 soft brushesfor low emissivity glasses.
All the washing machines may be provided with a fluorescent light panel on the output module in order to verify place cleaning level.
