POLIGLASSThe installation for the insulating glass are composed of a vertical washing machine and an assembling and pressing station. The whole equipment operates under the control of a computer PLC located on the switchboard. A computerized line, small in size and easy to use. Different types of line are availale, with working height from 1,5 to 2,6 meteres, semi automatic or automatic, with roller or panel press. Each line can automatically produce dole and triple glass.

Manual spacer frame applicator and semi-automatic or automatic assembling station
- SEMI-AUTOMATIC:the second glass must be manually accompanied for reaching and to surmount the first glass with the frame in position of attended.
- AUTOMATIC:the second glass reaches the first glass automatically, with the frame in position of attended, after pressure of confirmation button.
Conveyor by means of rubber rollers driven by bevel gear;
pneumatic stop of the glass pane;
adjustable horizontal and vertical reference for the manual positioning of the butyled spacer frame.

ROLLER PRESS
vertical press with two parallel rubber rollers;
high and low pressure controlled by means of reducer and manometer

vertical press with two parallel plane, structure in aluminum and wood plane;
in the version "coupled press" vacuum cups in the mobile plane to allow glass assembling work.
